Cancellation Policy...
All cancellations must be submitted 7 days prior to the Check-In date to receive a full refund. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the Check-In date will be subject to a fee, equivalent to 1 Nights stay at the rate given at the time of reservation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us at (315) 591-4866.
For Extended Stay ( 7 days or longer ) a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to make the reservation. (The $200 deposit goes towards your balance)
